In fact, some of them can prevent you from having hair loss at all if taking early in life as they enhance the growth of the hair and follicles.

Eating vitamin enriched foods

There are some vitamins enriched foods which are good for the treatment and prevention of hair loss, they are used in making some supplements that we take, but we can take them directly as they are in their raw and more potent forms. Some good sources of vitamins enriched foods that help prevent hair loss are vitamin A foods like spinach, eggs, and cantaloupe. Others are vitamins B foods like broccoli, papaya, oranges and lemon. While vitamin E foods are coconuts, tomatoes, walnuts and some oils like olive oil.

Raisins

This food contains iron which plays a vital role in the production of hemoglobin which carries oxygen to essential organs in the body, it helps your scalp to get a good flow of blood which in turn helps hair growth. Raisins can be a good supplement for liver and cereals.

There are some food items which renders the process of hair growth. Their intake must be minimized. These include caffeine, sugar, fat and carbonated drinks. Reduce the amount of junk food and cold drinks. Excessive exercise can deplete the minerals and nutrients of your body. And the main factor is the state of your mind. Don’t be tensed on minute problems. But be relaxed and keep smiling as extra stress makes a harmful impact on your physical figure.
